Joey Edmonds

Joey Edmonds is a Metro Detroit–based bass-baritone who has appeared in opera, ensemble, and sacred music settings. Operatic credits include Guglielmo (Così fan tutte), Pandolfe (Cendrillon), Papageno (The Magic Flute), Bob (The Old Maid and the Thief), and the Shoe Salesman (Postcard from Morocco). As a core member of the Detroit Opera chorus, he has performed in over 20 productions, including Aida, La bohème, Carmen, Tosca, Turandot, Elektra, and Eugene Onegin.

Equally active in liturgical and ensemble work, Joey sings regularly in services, concert programs, and with professional ensembles throughout Metro Detroit and Ohio.

When not performing, Joey brings his storytelling instincts to his work as an Engagement Manager in market research—translating human behavior into strategy and helping brands listen more deeply.
